Urology is a surgical specialty that deals with diseases of the male and female urinary tract and male sexual function and fertility concerns.
A Board Certified Urologist is one who has met the stringent educational, practice and peer review requirements set forth by the American Board of Urology.
Our office is open from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Our physician is available 24 hours a day to meet your needs when emergencies occur. If you need urgent attention, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911. The emergency room physician will evaluate your medical problem and consult with us if necessary.

Depending on your insurance carrier and specific coverage, you may require a referral. Check with your insurance carrier’s member services which is located on the back of your insurance card. Typically Medicare and most commercial plans in do not require a referral but we will be happy to check on your behalf.
Bring your completed patient information forms (can be found under Patient Info & Forms section), medication bottles or a current medication list that includes dose and frequency, your insurance card, information about medical and surgical history, recent X rays or other test results related to your condition, co pay and/or deductible. Co pay/ deductible is due at time of service.
